4-DAY CURRICULUM
Remember, we now offer two Program options,
Plan A (new enhanced Premier Program) OR
Plan B (our Original Program)
The Curriculums differ slightly and both are listed below.
Exercises for S.T. need to be done in a specific position that causes them to be effective and then combined with other elements of the program. This program has been so effective in eliminating symptoms of S.T., because the symptoms are targeted with a varied approach, including exercise as only one aspect of the whole.

A.M. 9-11 am - Introduction, orientation
Purpose - what is S.T. and how this program can combat the symptoms
Introduce S.T.R.C. Instructional Photo Manual with Video - your blueprint for the future and a new you!

11-12 am Exercise
CLINIC LUNCH
P.M. Famous S.T.R.C. back rub - massage/trigger point review. Learn how to do this for yourself.
Introduction to and demonstration of Magnetics.
WEDNESDAY
A.M. Review of S.T. Research
Stress - recipes for handling and diminishing this battle we all face
Review of Psychoneuroimmunology - the mind/emotion/body connection.
Physical accommodation skills / midline posturing
11-12 am Exercise
CLINIC LUNCH
PM - Two motivational / inspirational films
3:15 to 4:15 Professional private full-body massage by Licensed Clinic Massage Therapist, Myra Jacobs
